1. One-Month Free Trial

Alert2trade offers a 1-month free trial with no payment required. During this period, you can test:

• Automated execution from TradingView to NinjaTrader 8
• Integration with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5)
• Real-time notifications via Telegram
• Automated stop-loss and take-profit management

If you upgrade to a paid subscription, your payment is final and non-refundable. One trial per user only.

2. Monthly Subscription

Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellations: Cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscription

Refunds: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellations: Cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the prepaid period.

4. How to Cancel

You can manage or cancel via your account under My Account > Manage Plan or contact support@alert2trade.com.

5. Important Information

• Payments are final and non-refundable once converted to a paid plan.
• Cancellations apply only to future billing cycles.
• Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account.

6. Acceptance of This Policy

By subscribing, you acknowledge having read and agreed to this Refund Policy. This Policy is governed by French law; disputes fall under the courts of Paris, France.
